There are many reasons I held off. On the top of my list was fear and anxiety around the surgery and recovery, however in close second place was my financial concerns and feeling like I could not be away from my business for the length of recovery. That was a huge wake-up call that propelled me to get my business more self-sustainable.
One of the things I love, love love about my job is seeing people move from being stuck and discouraged to feeling confident, on track and successful. It is so gratifying to watch this gradual transformation.
